High Tea Sandwiches

As most women can recollect, as little girls we’d play dress-up and gather all of our stuff animal “friends” around the table for a tea party. Sometimes I wish we could go back to those days of dress-up -when our lives were so simple and everyday was fun.  Life should be all about enjoying great friends with good food. No matter what age you are, you can still play dress-up. Invite some girlfriends over for an afternoon of gossip. Put on your cute hat and Sunday gloves to sip on some gourmet tea. Make some awesome memories with your best friends and be a little girl again.

Cool completely, about 30 minutes. In small bowl, mix cream cheese together with Tastefully Simple mixes, until smooth. Season mix with a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread over crust. Chill for 1-2 hours. Thin slice cucumber and bell peppers with a sharp knife or mandolin. Cut crust into rectangular pieces and top with cucumber and red pepper slices. Serve at high tea ( or any fun party).
