This has to be one of our easiest recipes ever! All you do is put all 5 ingredients into a blender and purée. It honestly takes less than 5 minutes and you will have a great start to your day. This smoothie is one that I crave and when I make it, I triple it and pour into batches to freeze. I pull it out in the morning and let it thaw on my way to work; It keeps me full and alert for much of the day. Sometimes, I even pour a glass for dinner if I just want something light, but filling. Become a breakfast lover with this smoothie. Looking to add protein? Add in scoop of your favorite unflavored whey or soy protein powder. Ingredients:Banana Peanut Butter Oatmeal Smoothie

  • 1 banana, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup of flaxseed milk
  • 1 cup of Ice
  • 1 tbsp chunky peanut butter
  • 1 packet of low sugar maple and brown sugar oatmeal


Add all ingredients to the blender and puree for 3-4 minutes until well combined. Pour and enjoy.
