Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Cookies

What do you get when you combine all-natural peanut butter, sugar, eggs, and chocolate? Only the most incredible cookie you’ll ever eat! Jason’s Grandmother, who doesn’t like peanut butter, couldn’t keep her hands out of the cookie jar. These soft and decadent cookies are super easy to make with just a couple of simple ingredients.

Ingredients:Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Cookies

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg – beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • coarse sea salt
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup of milk

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350. In a medium bowl, mix the peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until well combined. Lightly grease baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Use a medium cookie scoop to place mounds onto the baking sheet. Flatten the mounds with a fork, making a crisscross pattern on the cookies. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, until the edges start to become golden. Transfer to racks to cool – allow them to completely cool.

Place chocolate chips in a small prep bowl. Microwave milk for 30 seconds, pour warm milk over the chocolate and set aside for 2-3 minutes. Stir until the chocolate comes together and has a velvety finish. Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Dip half of each cookie into the chocolate and allow excess to drip off. Place on wax paper and sprinkle with sea salt. Place baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set up. Remove and serve.
