In college, Cinco de Mayo was the perfect excuse to party. Now that we’re older, we have a different appreciation for this holiday – the amazing food that goes along with the celebration of the Mexican heritage.

This Cinco de Mayo, celebrate the flavors that the Mexican culture has brought to America by hosting an after work happy hour. These four recipes are quick and easy; you can do the prep work the night before.
