We love the simplicity of this dish and we promise this is one that you can easily make for a quick meal during your busy work week. We have to admit that we can’t take full credit for this recipe. Tinsley saw this concept on Pinterest and was dying to make it. The problem was, whoever pinned the image didn’t include a link that went to the actually recipe (how annoying right?). Luckily, the title gave away the key ingredients. Now, of course we can’t compare it to the original, but we would like to think this recipe will knock your socks off.

Ingredients:Easy Garlic and Brown Sugar Chicken

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter. Add garlic and cook until tender. Remove from heat and add brown sugar. As the sugar begins to melt, stir to combine. Lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and cover with the garlic and brown sugar mixture. Season with salt and pepper and bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temp of 165.
