Ingredients:Sugar Free Pumpkin Creme Pies

  • 1 box sugar free cheesecake pudding (or vanilla if cheesecake isn’t available)
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • salt
  • 1 package of mini phyllo shells
  • seasonal sprinkles for garnish (optional)

Directions:

In a small bowl, combine your pudding mix and milk. With a whisk, mix together with a pinch of salt and pumpkin pie spice for about 1-2 minutes until the mixture absorbs the milk and there are no lumps. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutes to an hour. Preheat your oven to 300. Place your phyllo shells on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes – just until they start to brown. Remove and allow to cool for about 15 minutes.
