Sweet and Salty Shrimp Wraps

Craving something sweet and salty? These little cuties are sure to hit the spot. Each heavenly bite is complimented by the sweet shrimp, tangy pineapple and salty bacon. And who doesn’t love bacon?

These guys are the perfect appetizer to serve for a cocktail party or just for fun.

Sweet and Salty Shrimp WrapsIngredients:

  • 12 jumbo shrimp
  • fresh pineapple rings, cut into 12 wedges
  • 6 slices of bacon – cut in half

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450. Line a baking sheet with foil and place baking rack in pan. Set aside.

Wrap shrimp and pineapple together with bacon, secure with a toothpick. Wrap and secure all 12 shrimp and add them to baking sheet.

Cook the wraps for 10 minutes until bacon is crisp and shrimp are opaque and firm.
