“Light and delicious,” is what I can say about this awesome dressing. It’s become my favorite, go-to dressing that I use all the time. My dieting plan of dropping a few pounds before the holidays is paying off. Because of this dressing, I’m eating more salads. Make double to keep for the whole week – it’s that good. You’ll be craving salads and veggies before you know it.

Ingredients:Tastefully Simple Ranch Style Dressing

Add sour cream, Onion Onion, and parsley to a small food processor. Pulse to chop the parsley and incorporate all the ingredients together. Season with salt & pepper, slowly stream in your olive oil. If your small food processor does not have a streaming option, add in a little at a time and pulse for a few seconds in between. Pour into a small bowl and chill for at least 1 hour prior to serving. Dress over your favorite salad. This also makes an amazing topping for baked potatoes.

** No Tastefully Simple Onion Onion or Garlic Garlic on hand? No problem – substitute dried onion and dried garlic.

This recipe looks really good. I was wondering since I do not have a food processer would I be able to substitute Tastefully Simple Spinach & Herb instead of Parsley? I would think the taste would be a bit different maybe?
